Prices in euros, excluding VAT. Polar, the Merchant of Record, adds the VAT or sales tax of your country at checkout and sends the invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Is Pro a subscription?
No. You pay once and the license does not expire. Nothing renews automatically.
Do prices include VAT?
No, prices are shown excluding VAT. Polar (polar.sh) sells LocalePilot as Merchant of Record: at checkout it adds the VAT or sales tax that applies in your country, collects it and emails you the invoice.
How do I receive my license key?
Polar emails it right after payment, to the address used at checkout. In LocalePilot, open Settings, then License, paste the key and choose Activate. The key also stays available in the Polar customer portal.
How many Macs can I use?
Up to 3 Macs at a time with one key. To move to a new Mac, choose Deactivate this device in Settings on the old one, then activate the key on the new one.
Are future updates included?
Yes. Your license covers every 1.x version, with no time limit, and any major version released within 12 months of purchase. Beyond that period, you keep your version and can upgrade to the next major version at a reduced price.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Write to localepilot@glabs325.com from the address used at checkout and the payment is refunded through Polar.
Do I need to pay for the trial?
No. The one-time 14-day trial starts when you invoke a locked Pro action or choose to start the trial, without an account or payment. At expiry the free limits apply again; your files are kept.
